The
"Book of Health" programme is designed to create a
health record and contains a comprehensive evaluation and detailed analysis of
the results of tests performed on you. The programme includes a full
clinical history using a comprehensive questionnaire. Tests are carried out
by practitioners and technicians, using sophisticated equipment. The Book
of Health programme specialises
in comprehensive medical evaluations and insurance medicals.
Your health record will be updated annually
on each subsequent examination.
We
have a number of other tests designed specifically to meet your health
concerns. These can be related to heart disease, cancer and
osteoporosis, among others, or can simply be your desire to ensure that
you maintain an optimum health condition by having a full medical
assessment.
Once
you have established your health concerns, a Health
Assessment programme is chosen. You can then book your programme by
contacting the Life Extension Institute consultant, either by phoning
011-475-1442, or email lei@mayoclinic.co.za,
and quoting the desired option.
