| The Mayo
Centre is located west of Johannesburg, Gauteng, in the suburb of Constantia Kloof. It
is on the corner of William Nichol Road and Joseph Lister Street, opposite the Roodepoort
Checkers/Hyperama. The Flora Clinic is situated alongside.
Access is easy from the N1 Western Bypass north- or southbound freeways. From Pretoria, travelling south on the N1, take the 14th Avenue off-ramp (the next after Beyers Naude) and turn right at the robot. Continue west along 14th Avenue through two more sets of robots, passing under the freeway as well as under the Hendrik Potgieter Road bridge. 14th Avenue becomes William Nichol. Turn left at the third set of robots into Joseph Lister Street, opposite the Hyperama entrance. Turn immediately right into the Mayo Centre entrance. From the south, proceed north on the N1 and exit at the 14th Avenue off-ramp (the next after Gordon Road) and turn left at the robots. Pass under the Hendrik Potgieter Road bridge and through the next robots. 14th Avenue becomes William Nichol. Turn left at the following set of robots into Joseph Lister Street, opposite the Hyperama entrance. Turn immediately right into the Mayo Centre entrance. GPS co-ordinates: S26º 09' 00 E27º 55' 15
